Who You’ll Work With

My name is Masa, and I am a licensed CPA with extensive experience in nonprofit management. Before building my career supporting nonprofits, I began in finance at Lehman Brothers during the 2008 financial crisis. Living through that collapse taught me something critical: the challenges that nearly brought down Wall Street—cash flow, risk, and leadership—are the same ones nonprofits and small businesses face every day, but with far fewer resources. That reality inspired me to seek a better solution. Today, with over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I offer practical and effective support to help organizations like yours strengthen operations, manage risk, and achieve sustainable success—so you can focus on your why, grow your impact, and lead with confidence.
