My name is Masa, and I am a licensed CPA with extensive experience in nonprofit management. Before building my career around supporting nonprofits, I began my journey in finance at Lehman Brothers during the 2008 financial crisis. Being there during such a major financial collapse taught me an important lesson early on: whether large or small, every organization faces the same core challenges—cash flow, operational risks, and the need for strong, people-centered management. Now, with over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, I have seen firsthand how organizations struggle with limited resources and expertise to navigate complexities of nonprofit operations—all while facing the pressure to do more with less. This ongoing reality inspired me to seek a better way.
